Oxalic acid is an organic compound, naturally found in many plants. Varroxsan contains oxalic acid in the form of oxalic acid dihydrate in slow-release strips, ensuring a correct dose that covers at least three life cycles of the varroa mite and giving a high proven efficacy (over 96%) against varroa. VarroxSan is extremely well tolerated by bees, poses no risk to the environment or user, is not temperature-dependent and is suitable for use in organic beekeeping.
