Shipping policy
If you think your shipping is wrong, please send us an email or give us a call! We are still working on making sure our new website properly estimates shipping. We can tell you if the estimate is accurate or we can adjust it and refund any overages. We may change the freight carrier if the actual shipping turns out to be more than what's quoted and we can get a cheaper rate elsewhere. We will honor the quoted rate. If you do not want the carrier changed, please let us know!
Shipping- We price our shipping based on what UPS or USPS charges us, plus a small handling fee for time and packing materials. While we do our best to provide the cheapest possible shipping, the cost is largely out of our control. If you have any questions on shipping charges, please give us a call. Our website cannot compensate for dimensional weight, so sometimes we can get the price lower, depending on how we pack it. Make sure we have your current address. UPS charges $11.00 for address corrections which will be passed on to you.
Shipping Overages- If the actual cost of shipping comes out to be $5 more than what was estimates, that will be refunded to you when we process your order.
Damages/ Order Issues- Please inspect packages upon receipt for any damages and please double check all items are accounted for. We do our very best to ensure all items are pulled correctly, but sometimes we make mistakes. If you are missing something please notify us within 30 days so we can fix the issue. If product is damaged do not repack or continue unpacking. Leave it for the UPS inspectors to inspect. Call us immediately upon noticing damage, delay can cause issues with UPS Claims. Please note if issues are not brought to our attention in a timely manner we may not be able to help.
Free Shipping- Free shipping applies to most orders with a subtotal of $150 or more, that can be sent UPS ground or USPS in the lower 48 states. (Expedited shipping does not apply.) Some items marked “Does not qualify for free shipping” or custom-made items, will not ship for free. If you combine free shipment eligible items and non-qualifying items, we base the shipment amount on the weight of just the non-qualifying items. The website won't calculate it like this, so you will most likely be refunded shipping. Items excluded from the offer are subject to change without notice. We will not ship backordered items for free. If you order something that is out of stock, we will call you and can take the item off or hold the whole order until the item is back in stock.
Certain large orders may need to be shipped freight. If you want an order of this size, feel free to place an order online, or give us a call. We can make a decision on if it ships for free or give you a quote once we have the order.
Large orders split into multiple, small orders, placed close together, will not ship for free. Miller Bee Supply reserves the right to exclude any orders from free shipping.
