Made of white pine with plywood bottom. All seams are sealed with a waterproof sealer. Only one compartment, also has the bee access screened in, so the bees can't get to the beekeeper when the outer cover is removed. The screen is also used by the bees to cling on while feeding. Holds 2 1/2 gallons of syrup.
