Duragilt Foundation
A plastic base is coated on both sides with pure beeswax bonded through the base from side to side. The foundation is then precision-milled with the worker-sized cell. Duragilt is then further reinforced with metal edges that extend into the top bar of the frame and down into the bottom bar groove. No further reinforcement is ever needed!
